How does an aircraft broker work?
We match sellers with buyers and coordinate the deal from first conversation to close. The seller names a bottom-line net, guaranteed in writing, and we find the buyer who can beat it.
What does it cost me as a seller?
Nothing up front. Our fee comes out of the sale price above your guaranteed net. If we cannot beat your net, you owe us nothing.
Do you buy aircraft outright?
No. We are a brokerage, not a buyer. We never take title, and closings run through an independent escrow agent.
How does escrow protect me?
The buyer's funds go to an independent escrow and title agent. Title, keys, and logbooks move only after every payment is confirmed.
What else do you broker besides aircraft?
Antiques and vintage furnishings, heavy machinery, and fine jewelry. Same model as aircraft: you name your net, we find the buyer.
